I have been volunteering at Paignton Community Larder since 2018. I have loved being part of such a supportive and community-focused team. I am privileged to be now stepping in to support Carol, as Andy has now moved on to a new job and challenge elsewhere, while still continuing his great work supporting the Torbay community. I’m looking forward to helping however I can during this transition.

Carol Hellyer - Interim Manager

I began volunteering at the Community Larder four years ago after retiring from working with the NHS. I attend Barton Baptist Church where I am an active member involved in children’s work, Renew wellbeing and Pastoral care amongst other things! I thoroughly enjoy being part of the Community Larder team. It is a pleasure to meet and interact with those who need our services, giving a listening ear when needed.
